Since exploding onto the music scene in 2017 with the release of singles like “Retrospect,” “lush” and “The Waywards,” Tough On Fridays has gained a reputation of pure sonic excellence from fans & peers alike. They’ve worked with incredible names in the industry like Beau Burchell (888/Moose Blood), Tim Palmer (Pearl Jam/U2), Sam Pura (Story So Far/State Champs/Basement), Tre Nagella (Lady Gaga/Kirk Franklin/Blake Shelton), and Chris “Frenchie” Smith (Toadies, JET, Front Bottoms) and put their heart & souls into creating new music that is guaranteed to move you.

Tough On Fridays have had their music showcased on The Texas Music Café – a nationally syndicated show on PBS – who said, “They’re like a female Nirvana.” In 2018 they took their career even further with a dedicated regional tour through Waco’s Texas State Technical College and select marquis venues in Texas such as Austin’s Mohawk, Stubb’s BBQ, Come & Take It Live, Houston’s BFE Rock Club and Dallas’ Curtain Club. Building on the momentum they gained from key exposure as a featured band at the Texas Indie Fest, where they were selected as crowd favorites earlier in 2018, Tough On Fridays have already been named as an early selection to perform in 2019.
