Mr. ESQ’s “They Don’ Know” is a song about the struggles we go through within ourselves witch you cannot see on the surface. A song about  mental health, suicide, change, and the use of ones mistakes for growth. Mr. ESQ describes the life he lived and the things he went through in hopes to be a deterrent for the younger generation, “to change not only  the mind set, but the direction of the troubled youth.”
