The Wisconsin native Entropy makes contemporary hip-hop that mixes R&B and pop as he sings and raps about his relationships, doubts, and difficulties finding self-worth. He releases all the burdens of his issues through his music, which are written, produced and mixed by Entropy himself. A lot of his music centers around his overwhelming struggle to silence the negative thoughts inside his brain. As all the voices beg for attention, he attempts to quiet them by sharing his pain through music.
Here is what Entropy had to say about the song, “The song is about the challenge of finding trust in a relationship. How even though I want the relationship to work and grow the other would rather avoid being honest and lie. So, the song is based around the question, “If you want this relationship to work, why do you lie?” Why does the other person in this relationship make it so difficult to make this work by being dishonest. They make me question whether or not this relationship is worth it.”
