Denver’s Modern Suspects releases their self-made music video for the latest single “DESUFNOC”, birthed from the mind of guitarist Bart Williams. Filmed entirely with an iPhone X, the audience can uniquely travel from scene to scene in an enrapturing, flowing digital display.
“Desufnoc”, their newest creation dropping on April 1, 2019 is the darkest song Modern Suspects has released. Titled “Desufnoc”, it dives into the unanswered questions of tragedy – real life tragedy. A pilot friend of front man Garret Myers named Kyle was delivering supplies to remote areas of Alaska in late 2017 when his plane went down, careening into the Yukon river. At just 31, a life full of positive impact and promise was snuffed out, leaving a family behind. This didn’t sit well with the band. “Desufnoc” is an honest expression of what the aftermath of that crash feels like.
